Depending upon project requirements, we adhere to the standards set forth by various FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts:

– The Red Book for traditional construction contracts,
– The Yellow Book for Design-Build projects,
– The Silver Book for EPC/Turnkey projects, and
– The Gold Book for Design-Build-Operate projects.

This facilitates the flow of information and enables us to furnish our clients with operational and management indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards, aiding them in project oversight and control.

We have developed tailored software solutions including the AC&A Works Control Panel (PCO), which offers online visualization of project progress and serves as a real-time documentary control tool for our clients.

When appropriate, we establish Project Management Offices (PMOs) on-site to oversee the day-to-day operations of complex and extensive projects requiring continuous oversight by a team of specialized professionals.
Throughout the management and owner engineering stages, we adhere to the guidelines outlined in the FIDIC books to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
